Step Three : Wedding Coordination Direction

Our wedding coordination team ensures that you, your bridal party, and your family can really just chill on your wedding day. Like, drink mimosas and actually enjoy said mimosas.

We conduct your wedding rehearsal alongside your officiant to ensure a smooth flowing wedding ceremony + set the expectations for your big day!

On your wedding day, your coordination team will arrive pre-ceremony to manage setup + style decor, accept deliveries, and be the point of contact for all of your wedding vendors.

We ensure you + your wedding party are on schedule, so that you are on track for your photography sessions and down the aisle on time.

Emergencies are no challenge! We come fully stocked with our HUGE day-of emergency kit. We can put out some pretty big fires—Smokey Bear trained and certified right here.
