Greta & Kyle’s Spring Wedding at the McLemore Wedding Venue
Greta and Kyle’s May wedding at the McLemore wedding venue was the perfect combination of breathtaking views, intentional design, and meaningful connection.
With guests traveling from across the country to celebrate, the couple chose to host their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at The Lookout by the Creag, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the experience while taking in the stunning mountain scenery.

A Ceremony Above the Clouds
The ceremony featured an elevated platform overlooking the mountains, framed by a lush floral meadow of white blooms, layered greenery, and soft lavender accents. Designed by Shaun Teague and the Cue the Champagne floral team, the ceremony felt romantic, organic, and perfectly suited to the natural beauty of McLemore.
As Greta and Kyle exchanged vows, the expansive views created a backdrop that was both dramatic and timeless.
Intentional Details That Made an Impact
One of the most memorable elements of the day was the couple’s decision to write handwritten letters to every guest in attendance. This thoughtful gesture reflected the heart behind the celebration and made each person feel seen and appreciated.
Throughout the day, there was a clear focus on creating meaningful moments and allowing guests time to connect, relax, and celebrate together.
A Clear-Top Tent Reception
Following cocktail hour, guests gathered beneath a beautiful clear-top tent for dinner and dancing. The reception design continued the wedding’s color story of whites, greens, and touches of lavender, creating an elegant atmosphere that complemented the surrounding landscape.
As the sun set behind the mountains, the tent offered incredible views of the evening sky while keeping everyone together for the celebration ahead.
Dancing the Night Away
A live band kept the dance floor packed all evening, while the couple’s table captains brought extra energy with tambourines in hand. Laughter, music, and celebration filled the tent as guests danced late into the night.
By the end of the evening, it felt as though everyone was dancing beneath the clouds and stars, surrounded by the people who mattered most.
