The Crawfords Pandemic Micro Wedding
The Crawfords Pandemic Micro Wedding ! Oh what an amazing feeling it was to get to Laura and Kristopher’s wedding day. They originally were planning for 200-250 guests at The Turnbull Building on their wedding day of September 5, 2020 however with the pandemic Laura and Kristopher were really concerned with going through with their wedding as planned as majority of their guests would have been travelling from out of state. Keeping health and safety at the forefront of their celebration they decided the best decision for them was to gather only their parents, siblings nieces and nephews and still wed on their original date and that is what they did.
It was important for us as their wedding coordination team to still ensure they had a day that truly celebrated their love so we discussed with C.T.C. bride Laura about still having a gathering that resembled the look and feel of a traditional wedding so we advised her to still have hair and makeup, still wear their attire they originally planned and still utilize the floral services that were already booked. We talked through other details such as favors and accent pillows to really bring the occasion to life.
The really special part was being asked to officiant the union of Laura and Kristopher when their original officiant was no longer able to travel due to concerns related to the pandemic. Cue The Champagne Event Planning and Design Owner , Shaun Mosley is also an ordained officiant since 2012 marrying couples in elopement style wedding unions at sister companies Elope Chattanooga and Get Hitched Atlanta .
