CTC Gather Dinner 2019 : Chattanooga Area Wedding Vendors

A delightful vision of a beautifully styled room with layers of textures and colors upon handcrafted farm tables on the side of the foothills of Lookout Mountain in Trenton Georgia at Oakleaf Cottage catered by The Little Caterers for the C.T.C. Gather Dinner of 2019 could not have been any more perfect. After a busy engagement season filled with inquiry on top of inquiry the reality set in that soon the 2019 wedding season would be in full force and quite honestly I wasn’t sure if I was yet ready for it all to begin. Sure we have the most amazing perfect couples that we are over the moon to serve this upcoming wedding season but something still seemed to be missing.

It did not matter how much wedding administrative work I was doing I still wasn’t as inspired as I wanted to be.  I still didn’t feel connected as I should in a local wedding market that is so open to connecting, I mean my inbox was filled with new faces just looking to have a cup of coffee.  I knew I had to do something to connect with my peers in a way that not only brought us under one roof but challenged our creativity, revived and rekindle our relationships and created the perfect setting for starting new ones. This is how the vision for the C.T.C. Gather Dinner started. It started and ended in the spirit of togetherness, collaboration and in the mindfulness that we are better together.

Joy filled my heart when I learned my vision and the enthusiasm for this dinner was shared by my wedding industry peers. I literally lit up with each email that came through our inbox saying they would love to be apart of the dinner .  That joy was further magnified for every ticket that was purchased by another industry peer. Chattanooga’s Wedding Professional Community stands in solidarity that we are better together, that we can cheer for one another and work together to make our work that much more rewarding in a industry that can sometimes seem isolating as we all work from our separate office spaces but when we come together the magic we each make on an individual basis is that much more amplified and speaks volumes to the budding entrepreneur as well as the seasoned one,  that no matter where you are on this journey there is always a seat at the table for you in the Chattanooga’s Wedding Market.
