Absolutely! We’re happy to collaborate with wedding professionals you’ve selected. We’ll also ensure you get everything they’ve promised – that’s part of our commitment to you. While we don’t require our couples to work solely with vendors we’ve partnered with in the past, we do require that all vendors be licensed, insured, and operate under contracts that include clauses protecting your investment. This safeguards your wedding experience and guarantees a high level of professionalism across the board.
For these reasons, we don’t work with friends or family acting as vendors if they don’t hold the necessary business protections. Family and friends are welcome as honored guests, not vendors – this helps them focus on celebrating with you rather than working. To help you find the ideal vendors, we’re happy to provide trusted, professional recommendations that we’ve vetted personally, at no extra cost to you.
For a seamless dining experience, we also require our couples to work with full-service wedding caterers who manage food service from start to finish. This ensures exceptional guest care and the highest standard of food safety.
CAN WE HIRE YOU FOR FLORAL DESIGN BUT NOT PLANNING OR COORDINATING?
Absolutely! We love having the opportunity to focus exclusively on florals on your wedding day. And if you're working with a planner or coordinator, there's no need to worry. We're big believers in community over competition. We enjoy collaborating with the talented planners and coordinators in the Chattanooga area, and we work together to make sure every detail comes together beautifully for your celebration.
