The food you provide to your guests and eat yourselves on your wedding day should be immaculate! What you choose to serve should be what you and your fiancé want. How your food is presented also changes you and your guest’s experience.

If you’re a fan of a smokey or charred flavor, fires, torches, and fresh cuts of meats will give the meal flair and showmanship. Precut fruits and vegetables will serve their purpose, but you could use uncut fruit as decoration until it can be prepared for your guests. Though this approach is often more expensive and perhaps a bit time consuming, it not only acts as entertainment; it allows you to save any extra uncooked, uncut food to be sent home with you.

Clearly, everyone’s visions and budgets for their wedding are unique, but don’t overlook options that don’t immediately sound affordable. Look into all of your options and choose what makes the most sense for you and your fiancé’s vision and budget. After all, your wedding reception will probably be the biggest dinner party you’ll ever throw.
Cheers,
